ふざけてじゃれあっていたら妻のろっ骨に軽くヒビを入れてしまったらしい

[neta][unix] 「“節操のなさ”ゆえに愛されるLinux」の見落としどころ

そういやオレが1995年頃にFreeBSD(98) 2.xをインストールした時。まだ日本ではPC-9801が全盛で。まともにLinuxを使おうとするとかなり苦労したよなぁ。
アメリカ本国を除いて、いちばんFreeBSDが盛り上がっているのは日本だし。

[anime] アニメ向けの『マトリックス』制作、韓日米が競争 _

ぼちぼちアニマトリックスもプロモーション時期に入ってきた感じ。
動画の気持ち良さマニアだったら「ピーター・チョン」の名前は覚えておかないとまずいです。
SHADOW Ver6.1 _ から。

tripodはどうして_（アンダースコア）の入ったホスト名を平気で使うのか？:

urlのホスト名にアンダースコアは基本的に使えません。RFC952,RFC1101。まぁmembers.tripod.co.jpで置き換えができるからいいのだろうけど。
Squidのコンパイル時に--enable-underscoresしないとこういう違反urlを厳しくエラーだしてアクセスできないし。
ということでtripodでアンダースコア入りのアカウントを持った人は

アカウントをアンダースコア入りでないものに変えて移転する
「http://members.tripod.co.jp/アカウント名/」に告知するurlを変える

というのがいいと思われたり。

RFC1123 の「2.1 Host Names and Numbers」_:

urlはA-Zか0-9で始まり、A-Zと0-9とハイフンが使用できる。

[mac][work] Xserve設定見直し

レンダリングファームが落ちる。
プロセスを確認すると、MacintoshManagerServiceが異様に重たい。
起動しないように設定する。
青木君にsudo権限を与えて、MacSSHでsudo rebootの使い方だけを教える。

[work] 3D CG室のISPをIIJに変更

こっちのサーバーもFreeBSDに入れ替えToDo。
こっちの接続をmpdでする場合はipfilter化してmss対応にしないとダメかも。
