shebangを

#!/usr/local/bin/perl5.8.5

と書き換えただけ。
blosxomのMarkdownプラグインがそのまま動作するのがありがたい。

[www][unix] FreeBSD Foundation Quarterly Newsletter _

ようするにFreeBSD Foundationへ特定の団体からの寄付が多すぎて、内国歳入庁法規 ~~第501条(c)(3)~~ 第509条(a) の規定を満たせなくなっちゃいそうだよ。
1人につき$8000以下の寄付を3万ドル程度集めれば良いので。
たくさんの人から少額の寄付を募集しますよ。
ということらしい。

米国内国歳入法501(c)3の規定ではなくて、509(a)に関する規定を満たすためだそうだ:

正確をきすために訂正。
